The GCDF credential was first introduced in Bulgaria in 2006. Managed by the Business Foundation for Education (BFE) in Sofia, Bulgaria houses over 300 active GCDFs across the country. All inquiries concerning the GCDF Credential in Bulgaria should be made to the Business Foundation for Education.
