The following resources provide telemental health information regarding state policies/regulations, technology, insurance, continuing education, and conferences.

Telebehavioral Health Center of Excellence

The mission of the Telebehavioral Health Center of Excellence is to create and maintain a single source of current and vetted resources to assist providers and organizations to start and improve telebehavioral health services, which includes state policies, regulations, video technology, and insurance coverage.

National Board for Certified Counselors

NBCC advances counseling as the premier certification body of the profession. Many related resources are also available, including approved continuing education providers.

National Consortium of Telehealth Resource Centers

The National Consortium of Telehealth Resource Centers (NCTRC) were established to provide assistance, education, and information to organizations and individuals who provide health care at a distance. Many of the Telehealth Resource Centers (TRCs) hold annual conferences located throughout the country. Please contact your regional TRC to find out if you can receive Continuing Education credits at their conference.
